Stuart Millar and James Schneider (Hamill Promotions) are both very pro-active in developing the track program within BiciSport.

Stuart is a founding father of BiciSport, and commenced sponsoring the team originally through Hamill Press in 1995. Hamill Press subsequently became Hamill Promotions in February 2008. 

Hamill Promotions over recent years has organised and promoted the BiciSport Track Open at Tempe Velodrome (with $10,000 in prizemoney) and this Track Open is widely acknowledged as the best track event on the NSW summer program.
